1. Service

SceneVela provides tools for generating and managing AI-created video and images. Model availability, queue time and output quality can vary.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access methods secure. Automated account creation, abuse of promotional credits and credential sharing are prohibited.

3. Credits and subscriptions

Generation prices are shown before submission. Subscription credits and purchased credits have different expiration rules disclosed on the pricing page. Purchased credit packs do not expire.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of SceneVela is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use SceneVela to generate NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive or sexually provocative content. Face-swap and other face-manipulation requests require rights to every input and informed consent from every depicted person. Unauthorized or non-consensual deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, and unlawful, abusive, exploitative or harmful use are prohibited.

5. Independent service and third-party models

SceneVela is an independent interface that integrates third-party AI models. References to model or provider names identify supported integrations only. SceneVela is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those model creators or providers unless expressly stated.

6. Outputs

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication and for complying with applicable advertising, intellectual-property and platform rules.

7. Cancellation

Paid subscriptions may be canceled through the secure customer portal. Access continues according to the billing period shown in that portal.

8. Availability

The service is provided without a guarantee that every model or generation will remain available. Technical failures are handled under the Refund Policy.

9. Support

Billing and account support is available at support@scenevela.com. We respond to support requests within three business days.
