Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to prompts, uploaded materials, generation requests and outputs created or managed through SceneVela. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Sexual and NSFW content

You may not use SceneVela to request, generate, upload or facilitate NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive or sexually provocative content.

3. Face manipulation

Face-swap and other face-manipulation requests are permitted only when you have the rights to every input and every depicted person has given informed consent. You may not create deceptive impersonation, an unauthorized or non-consensual deepfake, or content intended to mislead, exploit, harass or harm another person.

4. Rights, consent and harmful use

You must have the rights and consent needed for uploaded materials. You may not use SceneVela for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, non-consensual or otherwise harmful content generation.

5. Safety screening and enforcement

SceneVela requires image and video prompts to pass applicable safety checks before generation. Only requests that pass those checks may proceed. We may block a request or restrict or suspend an account when needed to enforce this policy.
