Information we process

We process account details, uploaded assets, prompts, generation parameters, billing identifiers, task status and limited security logs needed to operate the service.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, provide generations, store outputs, process payments, prevent abuse, resolve failures and measure product conversion. Full prompts and private assets are not sent to product analytics.

Service providers

Authentication, storage, payment, model generation, hosting, analytics and error monitoring are provided by configured vendors. Each receives only the information needed for its function.

Retention

Temporary uploads and generated files are subject to lifecycle policies. Financial and security records may be retained where legally or operationally required.

Your controls

You may request access, export or deletion from the verified account email. Deletion may not remove records that must be retained for fraud prevention, billing or legal compliance.
